For the avoidance of doubt, no right or licence is granted to LGS to distribute the PIE Card to third parties for revenue or other consideration.
DBS Card means a dried blood spot card aliquoted from the Cord Blood Sample for use in connection with Release.
SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network.
Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.
Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.
Card means credit, debit, smart or other charge or pre-paid cards branded as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro (subject to the Codes of Practice).
