Physical Stores means physical commercial establishments, such as retail stores, by which sales are carried out within actual premises of a real estate property owned or leased by the relevant business, it being specified that e-Commerce-related sales should not be considered as Physical Stores solely by virtue of a physical pick-up or delivery involving a physical establishment.
