Phase Plan definition

Phase Plan means the plan identifying the respective Phases as shall be agreed and adopted in accordance with Clause 4.5 and thereafter as may be refined and updated from time to time through the Steering Group
Phase Plan means the plan which indicates the extent of each Phase which is at annexure 2 as amended in accordance with this agreement;
Phase Plan means a proposed design plan for a phase of the Project Plan submitted for review to the City’s Design Review Board.

  • Construction Phase Plan The Contractor shall contribute in a timely manner to and comply with the Construction Phase Plan.

  • Prior to each Assessment Phase, the Parties will confer and attempt to reach agreement in the form of a Phase Plan that will become an attachment to this Agreement.

  • However, if an Intensive Assistance Phase Plan may be initiated for the following year, a meeting must be scheduled on or before March 31st.

  • The Trustees shall monitor progress under each Phase Plan on an ongoing basis in an effort to determine as early as possible during implementation of the Phase Plan whether the advance lump sum payment will be sufficient to complete the Phase Plan as agreed upon.


More Definitions of Phase Plan

Phase Plan means the Phase planning document for a particular Phase, prepared by CM/GC and submitted to the Core Group for acceptance.

Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
