Construction Phase Plan The Contractor shall contribute in a timely manner to and comply with the Construction Phase Plan.
Prior to each Assessment Phase, the Parties will confer and attempt to reach agreement in the form of a Phase Plan that will become an attachment to this Agreement.
However, if an Intensive Assistance Phase Plan may be initiated for the following year, a meeting must be scheduled on or before March 31st.

The Trustees shall monitor progress under each Phase Plan on an ongoing basis in an effort to determine as early as possible during implementation of the Phase Plan whether the advance lump sum payment will be sufficient to complete the Phase Plan as agreed upon.
