Phase 1 Site definition

Phase 1 Site means those areas where the Phase 1 Liquefaction Facility will be located as shown in greater detail in Attachment 25.
Phase 1 Site means that portion of Sabine Pass, Louisiana at which the construction activity is being or shall be performed for the Phase 1 Project.

Examples of Phase 1 Site in a sentence

  • Various Preliminary Environmental (Phase 1) Site Assessments were conducted in 1990 and 1991 with respect to certain properties owned or operated by the Company and its subsidiaries.

  • Contractor shall provide Owner access to the Phase 1 Site at all times.

  • Commencing with LNTP a progress meeting shall be held each Month by Contractor at the Phase 1 Site or at an alternate site mutually agreeable to Owner and Contractor and at a mutually agreeable time, for the purpose of reviewing with Owner the Monthly Progress Report issued during such Month.

  • Owner has accepted Contractor’s bid for the Phase 1 Site Work to the Project Site (“Contractor’s Bid”).

  • SOIL CONTRACTOR shall not access any portion of the Site, the Phase 1 Site or portions of the Phase 2 Site not necessary for its Work, without express written permission from PURCHASER, if such access would interfere with or hinder the construction or operation of the Phase 1 Facility or the remainder of the Phase 2 Facility.

  • TANK CONTRACTOR shall not perform any Work at the Phase 1 Site or at any areas of the Phase 2 Site except for the Phase 2 Tank Site or as permitted by PURCHASER in writing.

  • Determine that all materials required to construct the facility are delivered to Phase 1 Site.

  • Up to total forty-two (42) Owner personnel at Phase 1 Site during construction activities, including parking area for Owner personnel until Substantial Completion of Project 2.

  • Owner Representative will utilize a team of Owner’s personnel or consultants, which will be resident in the Contractor’s Houston home office during design and procurement phase, and at Phase 1 Site during construction through commissioning, Start Up, initial operations, and until Substantial Completion of each Project to facilitate prompt and accurate communications between Owner and the Contractor.

  • Upon conveyance of the remainder of the Phase 1 Site, Heavenly Resort Properties shall pay to the Agency the amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) as the remaining amount owed pursuant to this Section 7.02 as consideration for the conveyance of the Phase 1 Development Site.

Related to Phase 1 Site

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Phase III means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Product, which trial is designed to: (a) establish that a Licensed Product is safe and efficacious for its intended use; (b) define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the Licensed Product in the dosage range to be prescribed; (c) support regulatory approval of such Licensed Product; and (d) be generally consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(c). Said trial may be conducted in any country.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
