Pharmacy Counter definition

Pharmacy Counter means a counter, separate from the Front Counter, located in the Pharmacy area of a CVS Store where one or more POS Devices are placed and which is utilized by CVS employees to assist customers in paying for products or services, including pharmaceutical products. There is only one Pharmacy Counter in any CVS Store.
Pharmacy Counter means an area in the pharmacy restricted to the public where controlled substances are stored and housed and where controlled substances may only be sold, transferred or dispensed by a pharmacist, pharmacy intern or pharmacy technician.
