PFCs definition
PFCs means charges authorized by 49 U.S.C. § 40117 and applicable implementing regulations adopted by the FAA, as they may be amended from time to time.
PFCs means passenger facility charges imposed by Lessor pursuant to the Aviation and Safety Capacity Expansion Act of 1990, Pub. L. 101-508, Title IX, Subtitle B, Sections 9110 and 911, recodified as 49 U.S.C. 40117, as amended from time to time, and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR Part 158), as amended from time to time.
PFCs means per- and poly-fluorinated chemicals.

PFCs means the passenger facility charge imposed by the City, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, on passengers enplaned at the Airport pursuant to the PFC Regulations.
PFCs or “Passenger Facility Charges” means the passenger facility charges authorized to be charged by the Authority pursuant to the PFC Act and the PFC Regulations, the imposition and use of which has been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration pursuant to PFC Approvals.
