PEW means Crnogorsko Promorje, the Recipient’s public enterprise for water supply, wastewater treatment and solid waste disposal, the Project Implementing Entity charged with implementation of Parts 1(f), 2 and 3 of the Project, established pursuant to the PEW’s Legislation (hereinafter defined) on December 20, 1991, and registered by the Commercial Court of the Recipient on January 23, 1992.
