Persons Benefiting. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any Person other than the Company, the Warrant Agent and the Holders any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any part hereof.
Persons Benefiting. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Warrant Agent and their respective successors and assigns, and the Registered Owners and beneficial owners from time to time of the Warrant Certificates. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer on any other person any right, remedy or claim or to impose on any other person any duty, liability or obligation.

This Warrant Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns, and each registered Warrant Holder, and their respective successors, beneficiaries, executors and administrators. Nothing in this Warrant Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any person, other than the Company, and the Warrant Holders, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Warrant Agreement or any part hereof.
Persons Benefiting. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Warrant Agent and the Holders from time to time. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person other than the Company, the Warrant Agent and the Holders any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement or any part hereof, and all covenants, conditions, stipulations, promises and agreements contained in this Agreement shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto and of the Holders. Each Holder, by acceptance of a Warrant Certificate, agrees to all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement applicable thereto.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and the Warrant Agent, and their respective successors, assigns, beneficiaries, executors and administrators, and the Holders from time to time of the Warrants. The Holders of the Warrants are express third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and each such Holder of Warrants is hereby conferred the benefits, rights and remedies under or by reason of the provisions of this Agreement as if a signatory hereto. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any Person, other than the Company, the Warrant Agent and the Holders of the Warrants, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any part hereof.
Persons Benefiting. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Warrantholders and the Warrant Agent, and their respective successors and assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person other than the Company, the Warrant Agent, the Warrantholders and, to the extent provided herein, the owners of a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement or any part hereof; provided that the Non-Recourse Parties are express third-party beneficiaries of Section 22. Each Warrantholder, by acceptance of a Warrant, agrees to all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement applicable thereto.

This Option Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns, and each registered Option Holder, and their respective successors, beneficiaries, executors and administrators. Nothing in this Option Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any person, other than the Company, and the Option Holders, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Option Agreement or any part hereof.
