Common use of Persons Benefiting Clause in Contracts

Persons Benefiting. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Warrant Agent and their respective successors and assigns, and the Registered Owners and beneficial owners from time to time of the Warrant Certificates. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer on any other person any right, remedy or claim or to impose on any other person any duty, liability or obligation.

Persons Benefiting. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Warrant Agent and their respective successors and assigns, assigns and the Registered Owners Warrant Holders. By his acceptance of a Warrant Certificate, the Holder accepts and beneficial owners from time agrees to time comply with all of the Warrant Certificatesterms and provisions hereof.
