Personal Bonus definition

Personal Bonus means the cash bonus payable to an eligible Employee based on the individual contribution of such eligible Employee to achievement of the Corporation’s strategic objectives during the Performance Period, as set forth in Section 5.1 (or portion thereof as provided in Section 5.2).

Related to Personal Bonus
