The Recipient shall (a) procure (or renew, as applicable) each Required Approval at or prior to such time as such Required Approval is required or necessary and in any event in accordance with any applicable deadline set forth in the relevant Permitting Plan; and (b) maintain each such Required Approval in full force and effect and comply with the terms thereof in all material respects.
Building upon items identified in the Sound Transit response to Seattle City Council letter of April 25, 2016 (Exhibit G), the preliminary Permitting Plan will describe the processes intended to facilitate the timely preparation, filing and processing of any required permits.
