Permanent Signage definition

Permanent Signage means any sign, exhibit, display or other visual image that is for the purpose of providing advertising or marketing, directions, security, crowd control, safety or other similar information or is otherwise not included within the definition of Temporary Signage, and is regulated as permanent signage in accordance with the City of Los Angeles Municipal Code. Person means and includes natural persons, corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies, general partnerships, joint stock companies, joint ventures, associations, companies, trusts, banks, trust companies, land trusts, business trusts, league, the NCAA, the Pac-12, or other organizations, whether or not legal entities, and all Governmental Authorities. Premises has the meaning set forth in Recital A.
Permanent Signage means any sign, exhibit, display or other visual image that is for the purpose of providing advertising or marketing, directions, security, crowd control, safety or other similar information or is otherwise not included within the definition of Temporary Signage, and is regulated as permanent signage in accordance with the City of Los Angeles Municipal Code.
Permanent Signage means the construction, installation or display of advertisements or signs to a building, pole or structure for an extended period of time.

Examples of Permanent Signage in a sentence

  • If the Department of General Services, Deputy Director, Real Estate Services Division fails to approve the Permanent Signage within ten (10) days from receipt of the plans and renderings, then such Permanent Signage shall be deemed approved.

  • Prior to installing Permanent Signage (as defined below in Section 8.2) on the exterior of the Premises, Tenant shall submit the plans and rendering for such Permanent Signage to the Department of General Services, Deputy Director, Real Estate Services Division for review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • If the Department of General Services, Deputy Director, Real Estate Services Division fails to approve the Permanent Signage within ten (10) days from receipt of the plans and renderings, then such Permanent Signage shall be deemed approved by the Department of General Services.

  • The restrictions and limitations set forth in Section 8.2(c) pertaining to Permanent Signage and Temporary Signage shall also be applicable to the naming of the Coliseum and its components, and any other portions of the Premises.

  • Permanent Signage must be attached to all completed projects and must be displayed in a visible, heavily trafficked area of the Project (e.g., front lobby, main entry or walkway, etc.).

  • The restrictions and limitations set forth in Section 8.2(c) pertaining to Permanent Signage and Temporary Signage shall also be applicable to the naming of the Coliseum and its components, the Sports Arena, and any other portions of the Premises.

  • If the Science Center Board of Directors fails to approve the Permanent Signage within thirty (30) days from receipt of the plans and renderings, then such Permanent Signage shall be deemed approved by Landlord.

  • Prior to installing Permanent Signage (as defined below in Section 8.2) on the exterior of the Premises, Tenant shall submit the plans and rendering for such Permanent Signage to both of the California Science Center Board of Directors, on behalf of Landlord, and the Department of General Services, Deputy Director, Real Estate Services Division for review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • The Good Neighbor Policy, attached as Exhibit L: Good Neighbor Policy, is the defining document for this Section 11.1. Permanent Signage Permanent signage are the signs and hardware intended to remain in place unchanged for long periods of time.

  • THBC shall be responsible for such Permanent Signage covering and shall promptly remove such covering at the conclusion of such Other Event.


More Definitions of Permanent Signage

Permanent Signage means signs with printed content affixed in a permanent manner inside the Event Center.
Permanent Signage means any signage that is constructed of durable materials, is affixed to any part of the Premises, and is expected to remain in place continuously for an indefinite period of time. Permanent Signage does not include the motion graphics on the LED ring signage, the electronic ribbon boards a jumbotron or the like.
Permanent Signage means signage affixed to a building or property and intended for the life of the project.

Public Interest Event means a cultural, educational, religious, political, social, demonstration or similar Event for which tickets are not sold (except to cover the cost of the Event or for the benefit of the particular charitable purpose for which the Event is held) and the Coliseum is not otherwise made available for commercial exploitation from the sale of merchandise and novelties, the earning of broadcast revenues, the placement of advertising, the marketing of sponsorships, or the receipt of other streams of revenue customarily earned at commercial Events at the Coliseum (except to cover the cost of the Event or for the benefit of the particular charitable purpose for which the Event is held).
Permanent Signage has the meaning provided in Section 37.01(a) hereof.

Related to Permanent Signage

  • Permanent sign means a Sign constructed of weather-resistant material and intended for permanent use and that does not otherwise meet the definition of “Temporary Sign.”

  • Monument sign means a low-profile sign which is incorporated into the landscape or architectural design scheme where the sign is located.

  • Permanent Works means the permanent works to be executed by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Permanent Work means the permanent works including equipment to be supplied, executed, erected and maintained in accordance with the Contract.

  • Specialty Alterations means Alterations consisting of kitchens, executive bathrooms, raised computer floors, computer installations, vaults, libraries, internal staircases, dumbwaiters, pneumatic tubes, vertical and horizontal transportation systems, and other Alterations of a similar character.
