Permanent Documents definition

Permanent Documents means trust deeds, supplemental trust deeds, certificates of incorporation, share certificates, court papers, property deeds and any other document which JTC may decide from time to time to designate as a permanent document;
Permanent Documents means the Permanent Loan Agreement and all other documents to be executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Initial Funding Lender in connection with the Permanent Phase of the Tax-Exempt Project Loan.
