Examples of Performance Partners in a sentence

  • Any amounts so allocated to the Performance Partners shall be done on a basis which is proportionate to each Performance Partner's Excess Performance Capital.

  • Performance Partners Limited need not obtain the consent of any Performance Partners Limited Affiliate to amend this Agreement pursuant to this section 11.2 or otherwise.

Related to Performance Partners

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.
