Performance Margin definition

Performance Margin means the positive difference between the performance of the Sub-Fund and that of the Benchmark, since inception, on the proportion of the assets attributable to the related Share Class. In case of Distribution Shares, the Benchmark shall be adjusted to reflect any dividend paid in respect of such Distribution Shares
