Percentage Fee definition

Percentage Fee means the product of (i) the Gross Sales for each category of product sold multiplied by (ii) the percentages set out in Section 7.4. for each product category.
Percentage Fee means 11 percent of the Lessee’s Gross Revenues.
Percentage Fee is the aggregate of the amounts that are derived as a percentage of Gross Revenues, as provided in Section 5.3.

More Definitions of Percentage Fee

Percentage Fee means a fee to be paid a consultant which is based upon a negotiated percentage of the resultant construction contract. For the consultant contract purposes, the construction contract amount is estimated.

Percentage Fee means the fee to be paid pursuant to clause 4 and set out in Schedule 2.
