  • All SAMHSA Notices of Award (NoAs) will be emailed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ via NIH’s eRA Commons to the Project Director/Principal Investigator (PD/PI), and the Signing Official/Business Official (SO/BO).

  • Organizations can have multiple user accounts with the SO role, and any user with the SO role will be able to create and maintain additional accounts for the organization’s staff, including accounts for those designated as Project Director/Principal Investigator (PD/PI) and other Signing Officials.
