PD Amendment definition

PD Amendment means a major amendment to the CPCPD affecting the Property which is authorized under Title 17 of the CRMC, which shall include a depiction of Developer’s proposed stages of development for ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ and Phase 3.
