PCK definition

PCK means Kazakhstani Petrochemical Company Kemikal LLP; “Pound Sterling” or “GBP” means British pounds sterling;
PCK means the Party in clause 1.1 of the Schedule;
PCK has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Each of PCK and PZC is validly existing and in good standing as a Massachusetts business trust, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with full right and power to execute, deliver and perform its obligations under this Agreement and each Related Document to which it is a party.
