PCA Account definition

PCA Account means a personal chequing account held by the holder at its Desjardins ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and linked to the holder’s Master Account;
PCA Account means the health reimbursement arrangement account described later in this section under “Establishment of Account.”
PCA Account means an account created by you to use the PCA Services.

Examples of PCA Account in a sentence

  • If the balance on deposit in the PCA Account is insufficient to pay the Approved Fees in full, then PCA shall continue to remit partial payments to Derivative Action Counsel on a monthly basis as additional funds are accumulated in the PCA Account until such time as the Approved Fees have been paid in full.

  • From and after the Effective Date, until such time as all Notice Expenses payable by the Homeowner Parties under Section 7.2 of this Agreement and Homeowner Professional Expenses payable under Section 7.3 of this Agreement have been satisfied, PCA shall continue to collect and accumulate in the PCA Account the sum of $31.05 from each monthly payment of $90 actually received by PCA with respect to the mandatory assessment for Telecommunications Services paid by each current Homeowner at The Peninsula.

  • PCA agrees to remit payment of the Approved Fees to Derivative Action Counsel within ten (10) days after the Effective Date to the extent of all funds then available in the PCA Account.

  • The amount approved by the Court (the "Approved Fees"), shall be payable after the Effective Date from funds on deposit in the PCA Account.

  • Any amounts remaining in the PCA Account following payment in full of the Approved Fees shall be deposited in the general account for the PCA and shall be treated as assessment income under the Declaration.

  • You must immediately notify the Agency via ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your PCA Account or the PCA Services.

  • The Responsible Person and all Organisation Users will be required to authenticate their identity by using PRODA before the PCA Account may be established and before accessing the PCA Services.

  • You represent and warrant that the Responsible Person is, at the time of creation of the account, employed or contracted to your organisation and is authorised by you to create and use your PCA Account on your behalf.

  • It is a condition of this Participation Agreement that you have only one PCA Account.

  • A notice under this Participation Agreement must be in writing and transmitted electronically by email: by you to us – emailed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ or as otherwise notified by us; or by us to you – emailed to the email address specified for notices in your PCA Account.
