Payroll Package definition

Payroll Package means the type of Managed Payroll Services to be supplied by us to you under this Agreement as specified in the Sales Order (refer to section 2).
Payroll Package means the type of Outsourced Payroll Services to be supplied by us to you under this Agreement as specified in the Sales Order (refer to section 2).

Examples of Payroll Package in a sentence

  • Subject to payment of the Fees for the Payroll Package, we agree to provide the Payroll Package to you during Service Hours and for the Term in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Sales Order, as applicable.

  • Subject to payment of the applicable Fees and your compliance with the other terms of this Agreement, if the Payroll Package includes the Interactive Payroll Service, we grant you a non- exclusive licence to use the Software during the Term solely in accordance with this Agreement.
