Payments Issued. The service level is to issue all check payments on the date specified within the SAP accounts payable system and authorized by Mosaic Treasury. Achievement of the service level is as follows: Payment proposals will be run and sent to Mosaic Treasury between 10:00am and 10:30 am and again between 2:00pm and 2:30pm daily, Controlled Disbursements authorized by Mosaic Treasury will be printed and mailed the same day. This service will be achieved 99% of the time.

  • Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12.1.

The current proposed FATCA regulations (“Proposed Regulations”) state that the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Treasury have determined, that withholding on “foreign passthru payments” is not required, pending further guidance and analysis. The Proposed Regulations provide that such withholding will not be effective before the date that is two years after the publication of final regulations defining the term “foreign pass-thru payment”.
