Patio/Deck definition

Patio/Deck means any concrete or timber deck area that is for use other than for a caravan or rigid annexe base”.
Patio/Deck means a structure accessory to a building with or without roof or walls, which may include visual partitions and railings, and is constructed on piers or a foundation at a minimum of 0.15 metres above-grade.
Patio/Deck means an outdoor portion of the premises where the preparation, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed.
