Pastrycook definition

Pastrycook means an employee who has not completed an apprenticeship, or who has not obtained an equivalent qualification, but who is employed on pastrycook's work and is not competent to exercise all of the skills of the pastrycooking trade:
Pastrycook means a worker who is employed in making up, baking or ornamenting cakes, pastry, sponge goods and yeast goods.
Pastrycook means a worker other than an assistant, or a duly registered apprentice, or an apprentice on probation, or a junior worker, who is employed in making up, baking or ornamenting cakes, pastry, sponge goods and yeast goods for sale. Provided that such a worker may be required by the employer to perform assistant's work.
