Use of Past Record: In imposing any discipline on a current charge, the Employer will not take into account any prior infractions that occurred more than thirty-six (36) months previously with exception of unprofessional conduct as defined by State Law or Statute.
Section Use of Past Record In imposing any discipline on a current charge, management will not take into account any prior infractions which occurred more than one (1) year previously nor impose discipline on an employee for falsification of said employee's employment application after a period of twelve (12) months from the employee's date of hire.
