Past behavior definition

Past behavior means the behavior ((occurred from eight days to five years of the assessment date)) did not occur in the last seven days, but did occur more than seven days from the assessment date. For behaviors indicated as past behaviors, the department ((determines)) documents the month and year the behavior last occurred and whether the behavior is addressed with current interventions or whether no in- terventions are in place.
