Passage Area. (通航區) means the area of the waters within the limits of a typhoon shelter set aside by the Director as a passage area under section 3;

Passage Area means the area as shown coloured Indigo on the Passage Area plan annexed hereto and certified by the Authorized Person and, for the avoidance of doubt, whenever this Deed refers to the term “Passage Area”, it shall include any underground drainage areas and pipes erected or provided underneath the Passage Area and the pavement on the surface of the Passage Area;

Examples of Passage Area in a sentence

  • The Owner is also entitled to the leasehold rights in respect to the Private Passage Area, morefully described in Part II of Schedule H.

Related to Passage Area

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
