Partner provider definition

Partner provider or “Partner” means a Member who signs up on the Platform as a Tutor Partner with the objective of teaching students online using the Platform owned and operated by the Company. Partners must comply with the Terms of Service for Partner Providers as outlined in the Clause 3.6, apart from the terms listed in the Clause 3.4.
Partner provider means a social service or health care provider with expertise in all or a portion of the services provided in the pilot project and that executes a subcontract with a lead provider to provide those services.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.

  • Substitute Limited Partner means any Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.3 hereof.
