PARTNER ACCESS Sample Clauses

The PARTNER ACCESS clause defines the terms under which one party's partners or affiliates may access certain resources, information, or systems provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who qualifies as a partner, the extent of their permitted access, and any conditions or restrictions that apply, such as confidentiality obligations or usage limitations. Its core function is to clarify and control third-party access, ensuring that only authorized partners benefit from the agreement while protecting the provider's interests and maintaining security.
PARTNER ACCESS. You may grant access to designated partners or collaborators (collectively, “Partners”) through our Partner Access feature. Partners are required to use unique login credentials and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Partners are required to accept these Terms of Use in order to accept a Partner Access invitation and access the Services. You understand and acknowledge that Partners have full impersonation capabilities, which may include (but is not limited to) a Partner modifying your account or transacting on your behalf. Any action taken by Partner through Partner Access in your account is authorized and binding and is considered as if it was performed by you. You are responsible for any consequences resulting from partner-initiated transactions. Origin Financial is not liable for any errors or discrepancies arising from partner-initiated transactions. You may remove a Partner from accessing the Partner Access feature at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict a Partner from accessing the Partner Access feature in case of violation of our Terms of Use or any applicable law, rule or regulation.
PARTNER ACCESS. Customer acknowledges and agrees that if the Cloud Services are purchased through a Channel Partner, the Channel Partner may have access to: (1) Customer Data; and
PARTNER ACCESS. The Parties acknowledge that Partner, as a sublicensee of AVEO under the KHK Agreement, has the right under the KHK Agreement to obtain access to any reports, filings and data related to Licensed Products in the Field provided by KHK to AVEO under the KHK Agreement; it being understood that (i) such reports, filings and data shall be deemed AVEO’s Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement, and (ii) such access shall not be construed in any way to permit Partner (or its Affiliates or Sublicensees) to use such reports, filings or data outside of the scope of the licenses granted to Partner hereunder. Such reports shall be provided by AVEO to Partner within 7 days of receipt by AVEO and if Partner requests AVEO to obtain access to any of KHK’s reports, filings and data related to Licensed Products in the Field then AVEO shall obtain such access from KHK on Partner’s behalf.
PARTNER ACCESS. To the extent applicable, Customer authorizes (and will ensure, if applicable, it has all relevant approvals to allow) Google to share, with the relevant Sovereign Controls Partner, Customer's contact information, metadata, log data, billing information, and configuration data from the Services used in the environment applicable to the Sovereign Controls by Partners solution, or that of Customer’s applicable end customer. Google is not responsible for a Sovereign Controls Partner’s handling of such data.

Related to PARTNER ACCESS

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.
