Partial Variance definition

Partial Variance shall refer to a variance from the terms of 33 the collective bargaining agreement that applies to teacher 34 groups of either grades TK-5 or 6-8 teachers at a school site.
Partial Variance shall refer to a variance from the terms of the collective bargaining agreement that applies to two (2), three (3) or four (4) grade levels or a group of teachers comprising more than 20% of the teachers at a school site. 1 A partial variance shall only be applicable for instructional 2 improvement grants as defined herein.

  • Permitted Variance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.20.

  • Partial confinement means confinement for no more than one

  • Waiver or variance means action by the board which suspends in whole or in part the requirements or provisions of a rule as applied to an identified person on the basis of the particular circumstances of that person.
