Permitted Variance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.20.

Waiver or variance means action by the board which suspends in whole or in part the requirements or provisions of a rule as applied to an identified person on the basis of the particular circumstances of that person. For simplicity, the term “waiver” shall include both a “waiver” and a “variance.”
Base flood elevation (BFE) means the elevation shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Zones AE, AH, A1-30, VE and V1-V30 that indicates the water surface elevation resulting from a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.
Appropriate Minimum Block Size means the minimum notional or principal amount for a category of Swap that qualifies as a Block Trade pursuant to CFTC Regulation 43.6.
