Partial Disposition definition

Partial Disposition means each sale, transfer or other disposition of the assets of one of the Companies or the sale of a subsidiary of one of the Companies other than in connection with a Complete Disposition.
Partial Disposition means the sale of any Lease.

  • Final disposition means the burial, interment, cremation, removal from the state, or other disposition of a dead body or fetus.
