Partial Defeasance Amount definition

Partial Defeasance Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.17
Partial Defeasance Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(c).
Partial Defeasance Amount means an amount equal to the greater of (i) 125% of the Allocated Loan Amount for the individual Mortgaged Property subject to a partial defeasance in accordance with Section 2.18(b) and (ii) the amount set forth in clause (i) plus any increase in such amount made pursuant to Section 2.18(b)(viii).

Examples of Partial Defeasance Amount in a sentence

  • If the foregoing condition would not be satisfied by defeasance of the Partial Defeasance Amount indicated in subparagraph (e) below, Borrower may by written notice to Lender given not less than ten (10) days prior to the Partial Defeasance increase the Partial Defeasance Amount to an amount which would result in the foregoing condition being satisfied upon completion of the Partial Defeasance of such larger Partial Defeasance Amount.

  • No Partial Defeasance, nor any increase in any Partial Defeasance Amount under this paragraph (b) or paragraphs (c) below, shall affect the allocated loan amounts for the remaining Mortgaged Property as set forth on Schedule 2.17.

  • If the foregoing condition would not be satisfied by defeasance of the Partial Defeasance Amount indicated in subparagraph (e) below, Borrower may by written notice to Lender given not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the Partial Defeasance increase the Partial Defeasance Amount to an amount which would result in the foregoing condition being satisfied upon completion of the Partial Defeasance of such larger Partial Defeasance Amount.

  • The "Partial Loan A Defeasance Amount" shall be equal to the product of the Partial Defeasance Amount multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the then-outstanding Principal Indebtedness of Loan A and the denominator of which is the aggregate then-outstanding Principal Indebtedness of Loan A and Loan B.

  • The "Partial Loan B Defeasance Amount" shall be equal to the product of the Partial Defeasance Amount multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the then-outstanding Principal Indebtedness of Loan B and the denominator of which is the aggregate then-outstanding Principal Indebtedness of Loan A and Loan B.
