Defeasance Date definition

Defeasance Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.1(a)(i) hereof.

Defeasance Date means the 2nd anniversary of the “startup date” of the last REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(9) of the Tax Code which holds all or any portion of the Loan.

Defeasance Date means either the Total Defeasance Date or the Partial Defeasance Date, as applicable.
