Partial contract definition

Partial contract means individual contract of sale concluded between KINEX BEARINGS and the Distributor pursuant to section 409 and foll. of the Act no. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code as amended on the basis of a framework distribution contract, at the time of delivery of the KINEX BEARINGS’s acceptance of the Distributor’s Order.
