Part-Time Tutor definition

Part-Time Tutor means a tutor other than a casual tutor who is engaged to work regularly, but has a lesser tutoring load than a full-time tutor.

Examples of Part-Time Tutor in a sentence

  • Service as a Part-Time Tutor shall not be considered service for purposes of determining eligibility for a continuing contract.

  • Service as a Casual or Part-Time Tutor shall not be considered service for purposes of determining eligibility for a continuing contract or for the award of a multi-year limited contract pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or statute authorizing the award of multi-year limited teaching contract.

  • Part-time Teacher means a Teacher employed by the Board on a regular basis for other than full-time duty.

  • Part-time student means an individual who is enrolled at an accredited private institution or board of regents university in a course of study including at least three semester hours or the trimester or quarter equivalent of three semester hours.

  • Part-time employee means an employee who normally works less than the full normal daily, weekly or monthly hours, as the case may be, and whose work follows an ongoing, predetermined schedule of work on a regular and recurring basis.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Part-time means regularly working less than the number of full time hours set by the Employer as a regular work day for Employees in an Eligible Class of Employees in the Policy.
