Part 3A Project Declaration means the instrument relating to the Land titled ' Record of Minister's opiníon for the purposes of Clause 6(1 ) of the State Environmental Ptanning Policy (Maior Proiects) 2005' signed by the Minister's delegate on 15 September 2009.
