Parking Easement definition

Parking Easement means that certain Amended and Restated Parking Easement Agreement by and between Tower Borrower and Easement Grantor, dated March 28, 2006, as the same may hereafter be modified, amended, supplemented or restated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Parking Easement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Parking Easement means the Access and Parking Easement Agreement to be entered into by and between the City and Owner as a condition of this Agreement to provide the City access to and use of 55 parking spaces on the Property in perpetuity. The Parking Easement shall be in form attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and incorporated herein by this reference.

Examples of Parking Easement in a sentence

  • The Purchase Price for the Sale Property and the Access and Parking Easement shall be paid by the City to the Developer at Closing in cash or certified funds or by wire transfer.

  • Except as expressly stated herein, the Developer is selling the Sale Property and the Access and Parking Easement AS IS without further representations, warranties or covenants.

  • Except as explicitly set forth in Sections 3.7 and 3.10 of this Agreement or as otherwise provided in the Access and Parking Easement, after the Closing, the Developer shall have no obligations with respect to the Sale Property, including, without limitation, the Developer shall have no obligation to repair, maintain, pay taxes with respect to, or remediate the Sale Property.

More Definitions of Parking Easement

Parking Easement means an easement to use one hundred fifty (150) valet parking spaces on the Development Parcel, benefiting the Property which shall be incorporated into the Covenant and Easement Agreement or the Master Declaration Amendment, as appropriate.

Parking Easement means an easement provided to RQAW and Developer that includes the following minimum terms, among others: (a) the right to exclusively use the Garage Spaces from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; (b) that the easement is perpetual and non- revocable; (c) that the easement runs with the Office Site; (d) that there is no charge to Developer or RQAW for the use, operation, maintenance, or insurance coverage of the Garage Spaces, except that, if taxes are assessed on the Garage, Developer and/or RQAW shall be responsible for its proportionate share (based on the Garage Spaces compared to the total number of spaces in the Garage (100/total number of spaces)) of such taxes; (e) the requirement that City provide one hundred (100) replacement parking spaces if the Garage becomes obsolete, or is destroyed or condemned which spaces shall be located within the vicinity of the Office Building and reasonably acceptable to a commercial office tenant; and (f) the Power of Termination. Permitted Exception means (a) real estate taxes for the year of closing and thereafter;
Parking Easement means the Parking Easement to be entered into between the Developer and the City including the terms set forth in Section 4.02.
Parking Easement means the non-exclusive easements and rights granted to Tenant in and to the Parking Facilities pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.2 hereof.

Parking Easement means an easement provided to RQAW and Developer that includes the following minimum terms, among others: (a) the right to exclusively use the Garage Spaces from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; (b) that the easement is perpetual and non- revocable; (c) that the easement runs with the Office Site; (d) that there is no charge to Developer or RQAW for the use, operation, maintenance, or insurance coverage of the Garage Spaces, except that, if taxes are assessed on the Garage, Developer and/or RQAW shall be responsible for its proportionate share (based on the Garage Spaces compared to the total number of spaces in the Garage (85/total number of spaces in the Garage and 25/total number of spaces in the Police Garage) of such taxes; (e) the requirement that City provide one hundred ten (110) replacement parking spaces if the Garage and/or Police Garage becomes obsolete, or is destroyed or condemned which spaces shall be located within the vicinity of the Office Building and reasonably acceptable to a commercial office tenant; and (f) the Power of Termination.
