Paramount Lessor definition

Paramount Lessor means the Lessor at any time under a Paramount Lease.

  • Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties and damages which may be imposed upon Landlord, the Paramount Lessor and/or the Paramount Mortgagee by reason of or arising out of Tenant's failure fully and promptly to comply with the provisions of this section.

  • Landlord shall obtain for the benefit of Tenant a non-disturbance agreement from the landlord under any future Paramount Lease which non-disturbance agreement shall be in the form then customarily used by any institutional Paramount Lessor or such form as shall be reasonably approved by Tenant.

  • As a condition precedent to the foregoing subordination and attornment under this Paragraph 18(c), any Paramount Lessor shall agree in writing not to disturb Tenant's rights under this Lease provided Tenant is not in default in the performance of its obligations hereunder after the expiration of applicable notice and cure periods.

  • Notice is hereby given that neither Landlord, Landlord's agents, the Paramount Lessor nor the Paramount Mortgagee shall be liable for any labor or materials furnished or to be furnished to Tenant upon credit, and that no mechanic's or other lien for such labor or materials shall attach to or affect any estate or interest of the Landlord, the Paramount Lessor or the Paramount Mortgagee in and to the Real Property.
