Parallel-financing definition

Parallel-financing means an arrangement whereby the Bank and one or more parties other than the Borrower finance separate categories of expenditures or packages of the same project, or of the same part of a project, but each under its own procurement rules.

  • Additional Financing has the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(a).

  • Bridge Financing means interim financing to cover Eligible Project Costs until DWSRF financing for the project is received from the State Water Board.
