If Attorneys spend time or incurs expenses on efforts to collect disputed or overdue payments due to Attorneys from Client, Client shall pay all expenses and shall be charged $350 per hour for all time spent by Attorney ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, $250 per hour for all time spent by Attorney ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, $150 per hour for all time spent by Attorney ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and $75 to $150 per hour for Paralegal time.
Thereafter, CLIENTʼs case shall be billed monthly for services rendered as follows: Attorney time $250.00/hour Private Investigation $85.00/hour Paralegal time $75.00/hour All services, including telephone conferences, are billed in six (6)-minute increments regardless of the actual time spent.
Paralegal time for the above-mentioned services will be billed at the rate of $100.00 per hour.
