Paid Version means the Pro, Basic or any other version of the Application that the Customer pays for;

  • If you are using the Paid Version you have the right to receive all new features to and versions of the Software as we, in our sole discretion, make available during your Subscription Period (as defined below).

  • You should note that in the event you downgrade a Team Member’s Account from a Paid Version to a Free Version, that Team Member automatically becomes a Free User, outside the Team Workspace, entitled to its’ own Account as well as the User Data contained therein and you may no longer control that person’s Account.

  • Minimum data set means a core set of screening and assessment elements, including common definitions and coding categories, that forms the foundation of the comprehensive assessment for all residents of long-term care facilities certified to participate in the Medicaid program.   • Biologics License Application or “BLA” means a Biologics License Application (as more fully described in U.S. 21 C.F.R. Part 601.20 or its successor regulation) and all amendments and supplements thereto submitted to the FDA, or any equivalent filing, including an MAA, in a country or regulatory jurisdiction other than the U.S. with the applicable Regulatory Authority, or any similar application or submission for Regulatory Approval filed with a Regulatory Authority to obtain marketing approval for a biologic product in a country or in a group of countries.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

Relocation of any products under support is your responsibility and is subject to local availability and fee changes. Reasonable advance notice to HP may be required to begin support after relocation. For products, any relocation is also subject to the license terms for such products.  Multi-vendor Support. HP provides support for certain non-HP branded products. The relevant data sheet will specify availability and coverage levels and the support will be provided accordingly, whether or not the non-HP branded products are under warranty. HP may discontinue support of non-HP branded products if the manufacturer or licensor ceases to provide support for them.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Standard reference compendia means the American Medical Association Drug Evaluations, the

  • Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.
