The Operator will promptly notify all Overproduced Parties of the election of an Underproduced Party to begin taking Makeup Gas.
The amount of the cash settlement will be limited to the proceeds actually received by the Overproduced Party or Parties at the time of overproduction, less transportation and applicable treating charges and production and severance taxes paid on such overproduction.
