Overhead Report definition

Overhead Report means, with respect to any month, a report prepared by Company in the form attached hereto as Exhibit XVII reflecting overhead expenses of Company and its Subsidiaries for such month.

Examples of Overhead Report in a sentence

  • An Overhead Report establishes the ICR and is expressed as a percentage of the total direct labor incurred within the applicable accounting period.

  • The Consultant must submit an updated Audited Overhead Report if a new audit occurs during the life of the Contract.

  • Consultant’s awarded Agreements at or greater than MaineDOT’s simplified acquisition limits and or with cost-based payment methods must submit their complete Overhead Report package to the Office of Audit All ICR’s submitted must follow the cost principles of Part 31 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (48 CFR) and the most current version of the AASHTO Uniform Audit & Accounting Guide.

  • Consultant’s awarded Agreements at or greater than MaineDOT’s simplified acquisition limits and or with cost-based payment methods must submit their complete Overhead Report package to the Office of Audit within six months of the close of the applicable accounting period for each year the Consultant has an Agreement with MaineDOT.

  • Founded Reports means the Department's Children, Adults, and Families Division or Law Enforcement Authority (LEA) determination, based on the evidence, that there is reasonable cause to believe that conduct in violation of the child abuse statutes or rules has occurred and such conduct is attributable to the person alleged to have engaged in the conduct.

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Borrowing Base Certificate, the financial statements of Obligors and the Equityholder and the annual statements as to compliance and the annual Independent public accountant’s report.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.
