Overdraft Advances definition

Overdraft Advances has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(f).
Overdraft Advances has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 3.14.
Overdraft Advances which will result from advances that we may make automatically from your credit card account, for deposit into a deposit account you designate and maintain with us or a depository institution approved by us, to avoid or limit deposit account overdrafts; and “Special Offers” which will result from use of your card or your account number to take advantage of special, introductory or promotional offers that we identify to you from time to time. Each Special Offer may be considered a separate Balance Category.

Examples of Overdraft Advances in a sentence

  • We will apply to your Average Daily Balance of Overdraft Advances the same Introductory or Regular Monthly Periodic Rate as we apply to your Balance Transfers.

  • The total of your (i) Average Daily Balance of Purchases, (ii) Average Daily Balance of Balance Transfers, (iii) Average Daily Balance of Overdraft Advances, (iv) Average Daily Balance of Cash Advances and (v) Average Daily Balance of Special Advances.

  • This Agreement and the Control Agreement and the actions required to be taken pursuant to the terms hereof are, and at all times shall be, effective to create and perfect in the Program Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties a first priority perfected security interest in the Pledged Collateral (subject to the Lien of the Custodian securing the Custodian's Overdraft Advances to the extent permitted by Section 5.02(o) and other Permitted Liens) free and clear of all Adverse Claims.

  • The Credit Limit applicable to your credit card Account from time to time pursuant to this Agreement will not be increased or expanded because of Overdraft Advances.

More Definitions of Overdraft Advances

Overdraft Advances has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(f). “Overdraft Documents” means the documents, agreements and instruments from time to time governing the Overdraft Facility, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. “Overdraft Facility” has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(f). “Parent Company” means, with respect to a Lender, the bank holding company (as defined in Federal Reserve Board Regulation Y), if any, that is the direct or indirect parent of such Lender, and/or any Person owning, beneficially or of record, directly or indirectly, a majority of the Stock of such Lender. “Participant Register” has the meaning specified in Section 9.07(f). “Participating Member State” means each state so described in any EMU Legislation. “Participation Agreement” means a loan participation agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit C-2 hereto. “Patriot Act” has the meaning specified in Section 9.16. “PBGC” means the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation or any successor. “Permit” means any permit, approval, authorization, license, variance or permission required from a Governmental Authority under an applicable Requirement of Law. “Person” means an individual, partnership, corporation (including a business trust), joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, limited liability company, joint venture or other entity, or a government or any political subdivision or agency thereof. “Plan” means a Single Employer Plan or a Multiple Employer Plan.

Related to Overdraft Advances

  • Overdraft Obligations means, with respect to any Portfolio, the amount of any outstanding Overdraft(s) provided by the Custodian to such Portfolio together with all accrued interest thereon.

  • Overdraft Facility or ‘Facility’ means an authorised debit balance that may be offered to you at our discretion from time to time allowing your Account to go overdrawn up to an agreed Overdraft Limit.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Overdraft Rate means the per annum rate of interest, regardless of compounding frequency, designated by the Financial Institution as its “Overdraft Rate” from time to time.

  • Agent Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i).

  • Revolving Credit Advances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

Each such transaction may be kept track of separately on your statement and may be treated as its own Balance Category.

  • Management Advances means loans or advances made to, or Guarantees with respect to loans or advances made to, directors, officers, employees or consultants of any Parent, the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary:

  • Overdraft means any payment or transfer of funds on behalf of a Fund or series of a Fund for which there are, at the close of business on the date of such payment or transfer, insufficient funds held by the Custodian on behalf of such Fund or series thereof.

  • Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.

  • Failed Bank Advances means the total sums paid by the Failed Bank to (i) protect its lien position, (ii) pay ad valorem taxes and hazard insurance, and (iii) pay credit life insurance, accident and health insurance, and vendor's single interest insurance.

  • Term Loan Advances are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • or "Advances means a cash advance or cash advances under the Revolving Facility.

  • Swing Loans each is defined in Section 1.7 hereof.

  • Unfunded Advances/Participations means (a) with respect to the Administrative Agent, the aggregate amount, if any (i) made available to the Borrower on the assumption that each Lender has made available to the Administrative Agent such Xxxxxx’s share of the applicable Borrowing available to the Administrative Agent as contemplated by Section 2.12(b) and (ii) with respect to which a corresponding amount shall not in fact have been returned to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower or made available to the Administrative Agent by any such Lender, and (b) with respect to any L/C Issuer, the aggregate amount, if any, of amounts drawn under Letters of Credit in respect of which a Revolving Credit Lender shall have failed to make Revolving Credit Loans or L/C Advances to reimburse such L/C Issuer pursuant to Section 2.03(d).

  • Refunded Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.7(b).

  • Revolving Line is an Advance or Advances in an amount equal to Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000).

  • Unpaid Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Committed Advance means an advance made by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Committed Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Committed Advance, each of which is a “Type” of Committed Advance.

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
