Outside Entity Position definition

Outside Entity Position means the position of an Insured Person with an Outside Entity, but only if service in such position is at the direction or request of the Company. In the event of any dispute as to whether the Insured Person was acting at the “request or direction” of the Company, this policy shall abide by the determination of the Company.
