Outscope Change definition
Examples of Outscope Change in a sentence
If any policy of which Client notifies the Contractor following the Effective Date (or in relation to an individual Work Contract, the relevant Contract Term Start Date) causes an increase or looks likely to cause an increase in the Contractor’s costs which the Contractor (acting reasonably) believes to be an Outscope Change, the Contractor may refer such matter to the Change Control Procedure.
Inscope Changes are to include only de minimis changes, which can be carried out by the Contractor without the engagement by the Contractor of additional resources and where the additional costs are no more than de minimis (providing that, for the avoidance of doubt, Client may not request multiple de minimis requests which, if issued collectively, would have the consequence of constituting an Outscope Change).
