Outdoor Cafe definition

Outdoor Cafe means an outdoor area adjoining an eating establishment or liquor licensed premises consisting of outdoor tables, chairs, plantings, related decorations and fixtures, where meals or refreshments are served to the public for consumption on the premises.
Outdoor Cafe means an outdoor portion of a licensed food service facility consisting of tables and chairs or similar furnishings for use by patrons.
