ORMS Services definition

ORMS Services means the Oregon Records Management Solution that incorporates Micro Focus’ Content Management software and is provided under separate contract between the Entity and the third party provider (“ORMS Provider”) under statewide agreement with SoS. The parties mutually agree that, a service level agreement (SLA) which describes the minimum levels of system performance, availability, operation, reliability and continuity will be made part of Agreement as an addendum and remain in effect during the use of the ORMS. SoS will work with the individuals identified in Appendix A in order to provide the services and obligations provided in this Agreement.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
