Origin Point(s definition

Origin Point(s means the inlet flange to the System at which point Carrier will accept Product from Shipper or its Consignor.
Origin Point(s means the origin points set forth in Section 5 of this Toll Schedule. "Petroleum" means Liquid Ethane.
Origin Point(s means a point named in the Tariff where the Carrier will accept Product for Transportation, as designated by Shipper to Carrier from time to time.

More Definitions of Origin Point(s

Origin Point(s means the point or points where Crude Oil is received into Carrier’s System, as such points are specified in Carrier’s tariffs.
Origin Point(s means the inlet flange to the Pipeline System measurement facilities of the Pipeline System and/or the inlet flange(s) to the Lateral‘s measurement facilities at or near the origin points as set forth in Item No. 115 and/or the inlet flange(s) to the Lateral’s measurement facilities as set forth in Item No. 105.

  • Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.
