Order Placement: refers to all the steps through which the Client expresses their intention to purchase the Software on the Seller's website, as defined in Article 6 of this Contract. Technical Prerequisites: refers to all the hardware, environments, data, third-party software, and devices recommended by Fantaisie Software, necessary for the installation and optimal use of the Software.
